Disney world Florida

Good to know about the car seats. Had looked at Uber and you can book one with a car seat, but obviously more expensive.
Will look into an inflatable seat
I had no chance when I needed 3. Would still need 2 now, which is basically never going to happen.
Only short trips except the airport run (which we have the backpacks for anyway).
Anyway, I just don't need a car in Orlando, not when you're where we go just on the doorstep of Disney Springs.

Did.
Mexico - avacado tequila thing
England - bombardier
Norway - rebranded carslberg
France - frozen cocktail
Morrisons - some gin tea thing
Japan - frozen pint x 3
USA - pint
Italy - fizzy sangria
German - Schofferhofer

Stopped at that. Had a good day. I enjoyed myself. Family had great time. Evening in pool drinking metal bottles of miller lite and giant cans of modelo chilli and pineapple stuff. Bed for us all soon and 10 month old broken off the heat.

Bloody love Disney. Dunno why we waited so long between visits this time.

Parenting is easy when you do it that way

Morrisons?

Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando - Disney Springs Area

Looks like I was mistaken, they do charge for parking.

Just had a look on Google maps , looks very close to some lakes I lost a few golf balls in years ago.

Will the little two still need them by then? In the mini van we hired the all had adjustable seatbelts so the 8 year old (at the time) was fine without them.

As you say though, just probably a huge waste of money for you. We only got one for a day or two to go to the shops etc when we were onsite.

They'll be 5 3/4 by then, so yeah they'll still need proper seats.

May Round-Up was written then and since so probably all over the place.

**Day 1**:
Traveled to Manchester. Stayed overnight and had one pint too many with strangers at the bar. Felt fuzzy as owt in morning.

**Day 2**:
Struggled to get some coffee and toast down me. Threw up a sausage and bacon sandwich too. Surprised my daughter with our true destination. Enjoyed a few airport pints and got upgraded to extra legroom, mainly for Mini Me Mk2's sky cot. The flight was smooth and peaceful, with plenty of BrewDogs and spicy nuts. Security at MCO was a breeze. Took an Uber to the hotel and relaxed before an early night.

**Day 3**:
Dedicated the day to poolside relaxation. Walked to Winn-Dixie for hard iced tea and snacks, then headed to Miller's for beers and a bite before bed.

**Day 4**:
Started the day with a 6am run followed by Mickey waffles and bacon for breakfast. Took an Uber to Magic Kingdom, where we met some princesses. Ended the day with Domino's and beers on the terrace, and a late-night swim with Mini Me Mk1.

**Day 5**: Spent the day at Epcot, indulging in the "drinking around the world" experience. Possible the day I got my ban from here. 😂

**Day 6**:
Visited Hollywood Studios for Toy Story activities. Boozy iced coffees were perfect for the Slinky Dog Dash queue. It’s easily my favorite Disney park. Rode Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway for the first time - absolutely hilarious. Wasn’t expecting anything that happened on it. Love that feeling.

**Day 7**:
Spent the day at Typhoon Lagoon and Epcot. Unfortunately, I dropped my phone in the lazy river, and it bust with water damage. Guardians of the Galaxy is a fantastic ride. Ratatouille is a fun little ride, though the 35-minute wait was a bit much. Contacted Apple about the $700 repair but declined. Sat it in rice for a day and hairdryers the fuck outta it.

**Day 8**:
Attempted another run, but ended up buying a slush at Wawa and walking back to the hotel. Visited Magic Kingdom for Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and other rides before heading to Animal Kingdom, which could use more rides as feels a bit poor these days. Stopped at Disney Springs for $18 cans before heading back. Ended the day with CiCi's pizza and some fun pool bombs which the wife wasn’t impressed by.

**Day 9**:
Another day at Epcot, enjoying pints, bites, Guardians, and other rides.

**Day 10**:
Started the morning at Animal Kingdom, riding Everest, the rapids, and going on a safari. Headed to Disney Springs for some beers and chill time before relaxing around the pool. Had a delicious dinner at Olive Garden featuring chicken scampi and breadsticks.

**Day 11**:
Spent the day at Magic Kingdom for another ride on Tron and a scavenger hunt. It was a relaxed day with rides and corn dogs. Watched the parade and loved it. Powered through the day on iced black coffee. Picked up a few party cans from 7/11 on the way home.

**Day 12**:
Split the day between Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom. Rode Tron again with a virtual queue. Despite the hectic VQ system, it was fun. Managed to get from HS to MK within an hour thanks to the Skyliner and monorails. It was also our engagement anniversary in front of Cinderella Castle, which I had forgotten. The evening was spent enjoying beers and sushi for dinner.

**Day 13**:
Another round of beers at Epcot, this time paired with food from various pavilions. Ended the day with CiCi's pizza on the terrace.

**Day 14**:
Attempted another run but the heat was unbearable. Spent the day between Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios, and had McDonald's for dinner. Popped into Comfort Bar for a few piña coladas. Saw a raccoon and a mouse eating Mini Me Mk2's snacks from her pushchair.

**Day 15**:
Started the morning at Typhoon Lagoon, then chilled at the hotel. Took a stroll before heading to Magic Kingdom in the late afternoon to watch the fireworks.

**Day 16**:
Spent most of the day at Epcot, enjoying Guardians, Remy, and my daughter's favorite, Test Track. It was a relaxing day with a few Schofferhofers. Had an early night in, eating Five Guys in bed.

**Day 17**:
Dedicated the day to meeting characters across Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios. My daughter's joy when meeting her favorites was priceless. Collected all the autographs, creating wonderful memories.

**Day 18**:
Visited Disney Springs for souvenirs, Starbucks coffees, beers, and Earl of Sandwich. Spent the afternoon by the pool and had dinner at the hotel, enjoying a free evening meal.

**Day 19**:
The dreaded travel day. Packed, ordered Ubers, and handled the usual pre-flight activities. The flight was great, with sky cots again. Watched *The Beekeeper*.

Overall, it was a fantastic trip, I felt like I needed a break now to relax from that trip. . Lived on coffee and booze during the day – it was amazing. Might continue that diet here. It had been far too long between visits, so I've already booked for 2025. Although I'm gutted that Test Track will likely be closed, we plan to explore Universal next time too.

My daughter made a video of our trip, and she was buzzing the entire time. If you could spare a few minutes to watch it, she'd really appreciate the views. Cheers.

Aye spot on time. She buzzed the whole time.
Yeah got banned start of may

It’s a Rosen now but aye. We always used the Rosen at the point on I drive when had no kids so knew the crack room with what was on offer. Cheap as cheats and decent location.
Aye, I've seen some amazing deals on that hotel. Good to know its decent.

tbf, our first time was a Days Inn absolutely miles away, off the end of I Drive and onto McCoy Road.
