In the circumstances though very happy with the point especially because I’ve been messaging one of the lads from work who is a Leeds fan and he’s absolutely devastated!

I actually enjoyed the game after the first 20 minutes and a lot of the team can be very proud with how they performed.

It’s those who’ve allowed this situation to manifest that I have an issue with.

We were good out of possession, fair play to Dodds he got the shape and formation spot on. And the lads put a shift in. We were very poor in possession though and apart from 10-15 mins in the first half hardly troubled them. It’s such a shame to see how far we’ve gone backwards

I agree with what you are saying and it isn't the way we should be approaching games in this league...but, you can't fault that performance really tonight. We got no f***ing striker man, nobody to hold the ball up and relieve the pressure away from home.

I’m not faulting the performance. Other than a couple of players who I think individually were poor, we did exactly what we set out to.

It’s the fact we have to set out like that which disappoints me.

Yes they should. It wasn't shite. We had more shots on target at a place where they have a squad with premier league players, we had a 16 and a 18 yr old in the first 11. Great battling performance imo.
