Direct debit confirmation balls up


My DD hasn’t come out and isn’t showing as pending, either. It came out last month at 4am on the 1st, though. If it doesn’t come out by the end of the day, I’ll have to try contact the ticket office ffs

Same here. This happened to us last season as well, 1st DD went no problem, after that I had to manually pay the other 5 months. Looking like same again

2 Separate amounts?

I've got 1 DD coming out for the total of our 3 season tickets.

I thought it would have been 3 separate DD's!!
Same here but for two (me and my son) , I checked to see why theres one DD coming out , its coming out of my bank but its on his season ticket account , and not mine , Ive had it in writing that its down to me not activating my email (I thought I had) and there's nothing I can do until next ,season, but at least we've got the seats
 
There must have been an issue with Monzo, as the club have advised me to make a manual payment online and that “The issue should now be resolved with Monzo at our side going forward for July.”
 
Anyone been able to change their direct debit to another account? Club saying can't do without cancelling season ticket, which is stupid tbh

Assume the other account is already open, as aren't banks mandated to change over DDs if you change accounts.

What if you wanted to close the existing account. Surely a football club can't hold you to keeping an account or threatening to cancel your season ticket.

Setup two season cards and asked them to use different accounts for each one. First DD came through and all on same DD and now saying they can't do anything, which makes absolutely no sense.

Prob just a case of incompetence on ticket staff part.
