Direct debit confirmation balls up

Just recieved email saying 2 lots of direct debit set up for 2 different amounts each month . As usual no one to contact on telephones so gonna had to be a trip to ticket office tonight see whsts going on
The ticket operation at this club is the only thing thats regressed. Pathetic as usual

I had this problem when renewing and I had 3 visits to the ticket office. The first time, they took the direct debit off completely, the second time it appeared twice again and the third time it had both mine and my dad's direct debit coming out of my bank account. I'd advise everyone to keep a close eye on whether or not a direct debit (for the correct amount) comes out of ther account on 1st May as I suspect there will be a lot of errors.

I received email today and looks like they've set mine and my dads to come out his bank account

Might just keep quiet and see if he notices
 
Last season we had 3 DD coming out of 1 bank account despite doing them all separately and different bank accounts.

Got my email from February when I renewed our 3 tickets but haven't had an email regarding direct debit payments yet everyone else seems to have.

I don't get many emails compared to others very much. Lots of stuff they just don't tell me about, I usually find out stuff off people on here or afterwards. Last season I got no renewal email at all, only one to tell I me I had done so

Its strange isn't it how some get more emails than others. If I hear nothing by monday I will pop diwn the office I'm not going to stress over it.
 
I have had an email confirming my ticket, an email confirming I am on the direct debits and dates but when I check my scheduled payments on my banking app, no direct debits set up

SITREP - direct debit has appeared, but given my experience last year, that is no guarantee it will come out.
 
2 Separate amounts?

I've got 1 DD coming out for the total of our 3 season tickets.

I thought it would have been 3 separate DD's!!
Bit of a fuck up on my side where they were renewed separately, basically mine was done by someone on my account by mistake. I then did the bairns together and then mine got done later. So one dd for the bairns two and one for mine. Not at all confusing 🤣. I'm sure before they were 3 separate ones

I had 6 coming out last year all on same dd, no confirmation email this month but on my account it shows dd and amount
