Direct debit confirmation balls up

My account is showing all four season tickets with future payments “processed” apart from today’s which is blank. The FAQ says that a payment can be made manually in a few days in case of an error, but I can’t understand why five payments are processed but not the first.
 

Someone on the facebooks have said the debit card payments haven’t been processed yet but will be done today. If it doesn’t come out today we can then panic a bit more.
You need to submit for the DD in advance though , can't be processed today as if it is this payment won't go out till the 6th as that's how Bacs works
 
Ok so this happened last season and it’s happened again.

All our DD came out of the same account last season. We’ve just transferred the money the day before as it was easier than sorting it out with the ticket office.

Obvs this isn’t clear at all and we’ve been caught out again.

I managed some friends and family as they’re not great on online.

So I’ve gone in, renewed and input their bank details for each renewal. They were done on separate days. Same as I did last year.

I’ve chased the ticket office to make sure it hasn’t happened again, which surprise surprise it has.

I can see you are classed as the buyer for all season cards, it does look like you have not logged into each individual account to renew.

This has created the direct debit to come out of the last to renew as the details have been updated and overridden.

Unfortunately this cannot be amended once the payments have been submitted, I can only advise to have the funds transferred to the person whose details are shown which is an account number ending Xxxx

So basically. Unless I know the people I renews passwords to log in and pretend to be them it’s means all DD’s come out of one account.

Yip this is whats happened to ours as well even though individual mandates set up for each renewal

This might explain why mine hasn't left my bank account too - renewed mine straight away and did it for a friend last month for his ticket - that is a shocking system if so.
 
My available balance has just dropped by a wad but not showing in pending transactions, so I'm taking this as a win, unless I've been scammed or the wife has been spending
 
They should be working through card payments now. Mine just came out in last 10 mins and my balance has been updated in my SAFC account
 
Think I might need to contact the ticket office my dd payments were around £80 due to money I had to take off and my league one loyalty but my balance has just dropped dramatically 😂
