Direct debit confirmation balls up


Nothing taken from my bank account. The only email I have had from the club was when I first set up/ bought my season ticket.
 
i ended up setting it up via card payments rather than direct debit

had a confirmation email for the renewal but no payment taken as of yet

Same here. Everything showing on account confirming season ticket, -£718 account credit, saying 26/27 payment plan on my season ticket page, confirmation of card details added at the exact time of the renewals for both tickets, but nothing for direct debit.

The only email I have is from the original renewal confirmation on 23/2, nowt since

Same for me, as my card details was already stored on my account so I thought it was easier to select using that, rather than setting up a DD

I've just logged into my account and the renewal is there with next seasons dates etc and my balance shows as -551.50 in personal details which is reassuring

must be set to ping for the payment at some point today rather than a midnight DD etc

Aye this is what I’m hoping too.

Last season I had a similar issue though. My direct debit wasn’t set up, spoke to the club and they said it was a cock up with my bank, they can see the direct debit instruction but the bank haven’t confirmed their side. I made a manual payment for the 1st one, and was told it’ll be sorted by the next. But it wasn’t, so manual payment again and told that once we move away from Ticketmaster it’ll be set up. But again, it wasn’t :lol:

Ended up making manual payments for the full amount every time it was due
 
Mines showing as being purchased but nothing else. Mine and my 2 mates tickets are showing 26/27 season.
Same for me and our 5, shows purchased, shows the season cards and my ticket account balance is the right minus figure but thats it.

Was hoping to have got up and seen the payment taken out the bank. But nothing
 
I’ve had one payment taken for 199 quid. It used to show 3 separate payments as I pay for Mine and my two sons cards. Can I trust that it’s put all 3 in together?
