Aye, previous years ive had two.

My email this time shows one DD payment, which over the total months is over 700, so must be mine and the bairns in one
 

The club messed up my DD 3 seasons ago, multiple e-mails and visits to the ticket office later has resulted in me having to pay for my season card in full.It's a shame that the club is improving in every aspect apart from tickets and season cards.

I'm now stressing that I've just checked bank and no DD is showing, only last years 😬
 
I’ve got 4 season tickets, one month there’s £378 coming out then next £91, continues like this but the total doesn’t add up to the 4 season tickets 🤷‍♀️
 
What's the crack if your DD bounces - do you get a certain time frame in which to pay that instalment...or do you have to pay the ticket in full?

Just checked my Lloyds, a new DD is there but no amount. I'll take that as progress

Edit: all upcoming transactions are showing in my safc ticketing account.

Ok so this happened last season and it’s happened again.

All our DD came out of the same account last season. We’ve just transferred the money the day before as it was easier than sorting it out with the ticket office.

Obvs this isn’t clear at all and we’ve been caught out again.

I managed some friends and family as they’re not great on online.

So I’ve gone in, renewed and input their bank details for each renewal. They were done on separate days. Same as I did last year.

I’ve chased the ticket office to make sure it hasn’t happened again, which surprise surprise it has.

I can see you are classed as the buyer for all season cards, it does look like you have not logged into each individual account to renew.

This has created the direct debit to come out of the last to renew as the details have been updated and overridden.

Unfortunately this cannot be amended once the payments have been submitted, I can only advise to have the funds transferred to the person whose details are shown which is an account number ending Xxxx

So basically. Unless I know the people I renews passwords to log in and pretend to be them it’s means all DD’s come out of one account.

Weird, I'm sure I renewed mine and my dads from my account and our DD's come out of our own bank accounts.
