Dicks future in doubt again

Are you nuts?

Maybe he's giving Short one last chance to stump up and deliver on his word.

I'm more disappointed in short than
Anyone else.

I'm disappointed with Short and the lack of investment but frankly I don't like Advocaat washing dirty laundry in public which has a massive impact upon SAFC's public profile. I don't think Advocaat is being as professional as I hoped or expected, that doesn't mean I'm supporting Short.

Well then he should consider his position and decide either to get on with the job with the restrictions or leave. It is ludicrous to suggest he is unhappy to the press to pressurise Short to divvy up more cash.

I'm pretty disappointed with Advocaat to be honest.

It's all politics, man. He could keep it behind closed doors and then walk if the chairman ignores those warnings. But this way, he's telling the fans what's going on and he's raising the stakes at the same time.

It tells me that he cares enough to want this thing to be done properly. I'm pretty sure he doesn't want his last job to finish on such a low - however, if Short doesn't back him then at least he goes knowing he did all he could.

He's gone up in my estimation, if anything.

@CraigHope_DM: Dick Advocaat future as SAFC boss in fresh doubt tonight after taking swipe at Ellis Short & admitting he's not happy

.. I really wouldn't put too much faith into an article where the reporter can't even fookin spell correctly ..

Members of the Sunderland hierarchy feat Dick Advocaat will quit the club

If it was just them i'd ignore it, but a lot of journos reporting same thing now

Our public profile is utter dog turd, we are a joke on and off the pitch, Dick has literally just turned the last card in the saloon.

Budget Billionaire running out of places to hide. I see Gus has also had a pop at the club for giving the manager lists of shite to pick from.

Gus can fuk off. He basically said the DOF doesn't work (and yet other clubs everywhere can run it efficiently).

Thanks for making sure it didn't work here, Gus.... and for Bridders, Buckers and Scocco...

I'm not really comfortable with public threats. If Advocaat has issues it should be taken up in a professional way direct with Short and not through a press conference.
Man up will take, DA is exactly what this club needs somebody who demands investment
