The one thing about Derek McKinnes is the shit from PVA would not have gone on as long as it did,OR the petulant behaviour of some other 1st team.
also there will be no drink problem at the club
Ask anyone who saw SOME of the 1st team on Thursday night, Totally out of their heads, we are a shambles with the drink culture (PS the club know what happened as some 1st team players were fined and some refused to play, as you are all aware) drink and pro football does not work.
Derek would bin half of the shit we will be left with and build a young fit team, instant success maybe not, but a proper disciplined team defo

We need a overhaul and we are going to have one whether we like it or not. We might need 2 season down here to do though.

As mentioned I don't have a issue with us going for him as long as the bulk of his transfers don't come from up there. I think if he comes in and creates an us against the world mentality with a clear way he wants us to play most fans will get behind him. Exactly what Moyes should of done.
