Derek Chauvin Trial

Armed robbery is a violent crime, yes?

Seeing as you are all into your facts, what is the facts about his criminal record. How many convictions did he have and what were them?
And was he committing any of these crimes at the time he was apprehended?

Did the officer know all of his convictions? Did that shape his decision making?

Or was a guy with a rap sheet of complaints (the cop) maybes in the wrong?

George floyd was no saint. But what that cop did was abusive of his power for the crime committed.

You serve your time, thats handed down to you. Thats the law.

As stupid as it sounds george floyd served his time and was out on the streets. If hes committed a crime arrest him. But no. Numb nuts murdered him. His past crimes dont count. Its in the here and now.

Of course his past crimes count. He was a well known massive violent criminal known to carry guns. Watch any police interceptor program and the first thing these scumbags do when they get caught and resist arrest is complain they are being hurt and can't breathe, officers must hear this every day. If they were both the same race non of this would be an issue.

What is your proof they correctly id him on a call?

Any evidence to support your first sentence? He was an accomplice in an armed robbery but wasn’t carrying a gun, one of the reasons his sentence was so short

So the fact he is involved in armed robberies would be a massive red flag to any arresting officer. He'll be well known to the police as a violent offender.
