Proved he can play at this level. A lot had written him off. Would love him to sign a new contract but rumors last season he fancied a move back down south. Regardless like Dan Neil he would go with my best wishes.

Came of age last neet did our Dennis.. Well done my son, you've earned your Right to be a premier league footballer for real now.. A great game.

Yes mate, clearly in your head sweetie.

Doesn’t change anything from what I’ve been told.

He was outstanding last night

Yes mate, no reason to doubt them at all - there’s several other posters on here who know who it’ll be who told me.

Cirkin was absolutely mint

He was also really good v Leeds

What on earth are people talking about with him being poor against Leeds? Just a complete lie
Really hope he stays
What an effort putting in those 2 performances after so long out

i for one am not even surprised he doesn't look out of place in the premier league, he's been a cultured quality player in front of my eyes for years now and it was obvious to anyone he'd be fine in the premier league. People have had pre-conceptions that the likes of cirkin, roberts, neil etc needed replacing with signings, and whilst we did need those signings, those players were written off far too quickly.

Chasing down the keeper messed up our shape for their goal. But overall he played well against Leeds I thought.

Not at all he was overlapping. Down to players to fill in.

People went into that game with a pre conceived idea that he was the weak link.

He played really well and played even better last night.

Sign him up, will have interst from elsewhere in the premier league though I bet
So, at what point do we - or another club - stick a new contract in front of him?

He will have other offers in the PL too.

Think he has now added himself as a genuine option in the competition for defensive positions here after last night.

Behind the scenes they are surely preparing a new contract offer for him.
