Just to put it on record, I made my post based on the Daily Mail report about 14million being involved. My point still stands that how are we going to create the chances for Defoe and a three and half year deal is a little OTT but yes I do accept that we had try and do something. To be fair mate don't know what your personal stance is on the whole blame dishing out thing.

He was getting peltas on here last week for transfers being shit. Bridcutt and Buckley as examples. Defoe is good, the people giving poyet shit surely must give him credit now.
