That'll be that then. What a failure. Oh well.it also virtually rules him out of any top tier job because no club are going to want to be the one to task the risk on someone who has had to start at Woking.
Reminds me of Kevin Phillips who went from backroom staff at a decent level, decided to start up their own career at the bottom with Shields, one wrong turn and it's fucked.

No sweat taking on this job. Will he be frequenting Pizza Express![]()
Their interim manager had been doing very well, quite surprised to see he didnt get it permanently

Rob Edwards is the only one that I can think of. Went to Telford.well it's not but I can't think of a single former player to retire, start at the bottom again and rise back to the top. He might not be interested in being at the top and be quite happy at this level right enough and that's fine but the chances are doing enough at Woking to generate interest from higher up in the pyramid are basically nil
Martin O’Neill (albeit a while ago)well it's not but I can't think of a single former player to retire, start at the bottom again and rise back to the top.
