Now home, just prepping veg as got to go to docs with T ref her new “dual medication” she has just started. She had an appointment with the Specialist Rheumatology Nurse this am & she didn’t like T’s cough - apparently new meds can cause issues:(
Of course granddaughter will appear & need feeding at a reasonable time ;)

Good luck at the hospital today mate, how long you been struggling with your legs ?

All about the money marra, always has been....

Just back from hospital, permanent cramp pains in the leg, 6 months ago they were considering stents or balloons or worse.
Gave me aspirin everyday and told to walk through it, 10,000 steps a day, I have kept it up and the
Morning lads. Graft for me then gym. Might stick something on later.

Morning mate

Morning marra. Hope you find out what's going on and get sorted xx
thanks Becs and MkM, just back from the hospital, poor circulation in my legs and about 6 months ago the surgeon was talking about stents, balloons and worse.
Gave me the option of walking 10,000 steps a day walk through the pain and open up fresh routes, helped by an aspirin a day.
he was really happy at my progress and said he would see me again in 6 months!

That's good news if you don't have to have any surgery, is the aspirin to thin the blood or something else ? Hopefully they can keep you pain free and in good health:)

I know what it's like to have pains in the leg with the problems I've got, I'm at the pain clinic next week as the pain is not easing even after surgery...

Brilliant news, Snorbens, marra. Well done to you for sticking with the programme. And, in my opinion, fair play to the medics for suggesting this rather than taking the easy way out & operating. Granted, this way might be cheaper (the cynics might say & that's probably true) but the regime of walking & taking low dose aspirin is likely to do you much more good in the long run, both physically & mentally.
Thank you

Hopefully they'll get the balance right soon. It's not what some like to hear, but often it's a case of trial & error. Mrs W has been through the ringer, but one can only hope this new regime enables her to return to a state closer to that mythical "norm".

Like the first lot of “dual” she has to try em for 13 weeks before any impact. But the list of nasties is scary :(

Morning Hank and all.

Nowt for me, though I might give MOTD, a rare viewing, later tonight.

Have a good day, all.

Morning KB
I was saying the same thing to some mates, about having very little, or no interest, in the PL.
I've watched MOTD, less than half a dozen times, in the last few years.

Morning Spam
Have a good day.
Spot on HC and I've seen some cracking championship games on Sky Sports Football the only sky sports channel I have other than SSN.

Afternoon all

MK Don's have dispatched 3k of tickets today, at this time l have been told there will be more if asked. The on the day away ticket booth may not be open on the day, decision still to be made.
