Yeah of course Malan stats up to now ,simply brilliant that cannot be disputed.

But it’s the point I am making that over a short period stats don’t tell the full picture otherwise with him been rated number 1, we would class him better than Kholi, Rohit, Warner, Buttler when he simply isn’t.
Tbh I have absolutely no idea where them 4 are ranking but there a lot better players imo.

Rankings are done over too short a period as well to make them relevant. Too short and they’re impacted by quantity of games played and not normalised properly.
