When they name their 25 man squad, there's going to be a few senior players left out unless they get rid of a few by wednesday. Murphy and Lazarus make it 11 signings and they still have Riviere, Tiote, Gouffran, Ameobi, Vuckic and Sissoko on the books !!

We need a larger squad and we're short of forwards so it's an appropriate signing. We're in the championship and need to get out of it asap and if Murphy scores a few to help that along then fair enough, his goals count the same as anyone else's. It is what it is.

That's it really. If tufty had splurged that amount on a player with Murphy's record the bed sheets would be out.

But Rafa has mystical qualities, must never ever be questioned, and as his past shows has never wasted money before in the transfer market. They'll go up I imagine, but it will be the same next summer. Everywhere the waiter has been he has been as addicted to spending on players as was Brucie boy.

They are going to have a squad of sixty!

It would be like us signing f***ing Albert luque man, Murphy has a heart the size of a pea, he folds at big clubs the minute he's questioned. You better hope he hits the ground running as soon as the mag air waves are filled with shite about him when he gets on the pitch he will hide.
 
It's not as if he's even been prolific at Championship level barring one season is it? He's decent at that level but jesus hardly quality there is he and 33, two year deal they're f***ing welcome to him. Laugh at signings like love and mcnair with potential all they like, they're buying some very average players for decent money and tieing them up on decent deals.

I couldn't care how many goals hes scored for Ireland or who he once played for, the main thing is he scores goals in the championship and gives us a bit of depth.

If ore more than likely when they come up they are going to have a hard time shifting some of the shite they've signed, it feels like Keanes one day transfer splurge at the mags but it's been going on all summer.
