From Swansea around November till a couple of months ago that just didn't happen

Neil was head and shoulders above him, though that clearly hasn't lasted.
More recently both have been extremely average. Jobe barring the odd bit of quick feet occasionally is as average as they come. He's not had enough games further back to develop in the role, but as an 8 either carrying the ball or making us tick or things happen in the final third he's been nothing more than average since last year.
I wouldn't be the tethered about selling any of the three midfielders, apart from the fact we'd somehow have to replace them and have no one ready to step in.
