This simple curry video has me on the brink

I know theres a lot of BIR type recipes out there but the homemade traditional gear cant be beat. Why isnt there a traditional curry house out there? or is there?

Bit of a drive but up top of Westgate road in Newcastle there are a few fast food Indians where they just have it ready made and ladle it up. Used by the locals a lot and half the price of your standard Indian take away. My favourite was Mumtaz, couple of small Formica tables in there if you want to eat in . Try the Punjabi fried chicken you will never eat another KFC .
