Hopefully the fans who go on Saturday get priority when we win our way to Wembley

Hopefully the thousands who don't bother going on Saturday and choose to stay away don't bother coming back. Would rather take 25k to Wembley than have all the moaning day trippers tagging along.

I really can't be arsed with Saturday, shit kick off time doesn't help. The only reason I am going is out loyalty, would feel too guilty just watching it on the TV.
Loyalty was always a massive attraction of being part of Safc and it's support ..fair play to you..looking forward to it .

They finished 5th the two seasons previously and Scunthorpe finished 4th. How long before we get the "we'll go down next season" threads if we don't go up.

Just noticed that Notts County were in the League 2 playoffs. I think the common factor is that all three clubs more or less dismantled their squads and started the year with a new one (or else had their squads dismantled for them by transfers and contracts ending). There's a lesson there for us.

I’m not going and won’t be going to Wembley if we get there.
Basically down to ill health and childcare.

I’m definitely not a s**t fan though.

1) ST holders
2) Those who went to Pompey home
3) Whoever catches the f***ing bouquet

Good luck mate. Given current numbers I imagine you'll be alright.

On a serious note, I would expect the numbers to pick up as the afternoon and week goes on so I'm not particularly worried. It's a standing start unlike almost every other match and I bet some ST holders haven't realised they won't get in for nowt yet.

If the forum is correct theres been over 25k sold in a few days, really don’t see the need for panic. I’d rather a mediocre crowd, we haven’t exactly set the world alight in front of big crowds.

I can see why some people won't want to go.

The pessimist in me says since Rochdale away we blew our last advantage leading to a game nobody wants to be playing in, against a team nobody wants to see us play, at extra cost.

Saying that the optimist in me hopes our form against Fleetwood and Southend has been down to missing out on an automatic place and we get a good result in that first leg to get everyone back on side.

I've been taking the bairn all season and we'll go to see it through, although we won't be down at the final should we make it.

You're a shit fan in my opinion.

I understand that some people can't make it or can't afford it but if you're able to go and choosing not to cause you're annoyed at the ticket price or annoyed we didn't finish top two or whatever then you're a shit fan who isn't really supporting the team.

I’m choosing to go to Feyenoord vs Den Haag instead, got my hotel and trains booked for the second leg in Portsmouth though
