Steyn and De Villiers still in my team. :lol:

At least Du Plessis managed to get a 50; probably won't be enough to keep top spot though..

Kallis, Smith, Amla and Peterson all contributed for me ... but nothing spectacular. Looks like Tsotsobe is going to get MoM :-(

Bit of a waste bringing Morkel in especially for this one.
 
The curse of my captaincy strikes again. Watson dismissed for 9. :lol:

Three batsmen I've had has captains for the last three days and none have got into double figures.
 
Another nightmare for me. I made Duminy my skipper for the first game and he did fuck all. Even stayed up till 4am so I could transfer the armband to Watson and for once he failed with the bat.

My only hope now is for Johnson and Watson to rip through the Pakistanis with Haddin catching them all out.
 
Going quite well for me after the SA batsmen and then Peterson did well for me earlier ... Haddin scored a few runs and now got 4 wickets from Brett Lee as captain and three catches to boot.

Could be top by end of the day.
 
Peterson, Watson(c), Clarke, Haddin, Johnson, Afridi today. Few decent contributions from Haddin and Clarke, but Peterson has saved me today.
 
My luck has disappeared in the last few days. I had 6 players from South Africa and Australia and this is how they managed to fair today:

De Villiers/Steyn (c) - Did Not Play
Du Plessis - 52
Watson (c) - 9
Ponting - 19
Tait - 0-39

I'm useless. :lol:

Well done mate. And with 7 transfers left you can fill your team with Indians and Windies players for tomorrow's game and really extend your lead.

I've got 2 moves left so should be able to hold onto 4th and with a bit of luck may pinch 3rd place.

Lots of time left yet. I've pulled back 1,500 points in 3-4 days.
 
Surprised I'm still as close to the top after today; especially seeing as I had Sehwag as captain and he didn't even play!

Points from the WI vs. India match still to go on -- lots of poeple with Yuvraj as captian I think ...
 
I took Kholi out of my team for Sehwag. One got a 50, the other didnt play :evil: And Roach didnt play either.

8th at the end of the group stages is a disappointment considering I was top 5 for most of it.
