Craft Beer

I’ll give that a bash.

Bought about 10 bottles from Brewlab on Friday. Mixture of all kinds. A 9.5% mead is in there too
I got a mead at York many many years ago at the Christmas market. It was just too much. My palate was feeble then, though. It’s something I’ll have to have another stab at.

Line up in Blues tremendous. Cask all winners, a caramel stout, a juicy ipa and a Ruby ale. Dipped ones toe into the keg pool for a 12% porter from Brew York.

Just bagged ^

Also, anyone got any recommendations for craft places for a two day mission in Glasgow? On the face of it not too many, although have unearthed two or three places that look rather good following some deeper digging.

I've never been but Koelschip Yard comes highly recommended. It's not in the centre though so it depends where you're staying / what you're doing. As the name would suggest it's great for lambic but that isn't its only focus by any means.

Thank you for taking time out. Up there for a gig so day after is a freebie. Absolutely love Lambic so this is a great shout.
