The exiting bit would be the door I would think.I have beers from those breweries every week so I suppose the only exiting bit would be the meet the brewer session.

Sooooo last year.Craft beer seems to be massive now.
Craft beer seems to be massive now.
Yet always served in small (usually 2/3 pint) volumes...
Nah, I'm glad it's massive. It's nice people are starting to pay attention to the poison they are imbibing. I have a lot of time for people that are aware it's not good for them in any amount so decide they may as well have nice stuff!
Beavertown and Five Points are good, can get them all over the place down here. Beavertowns Neck Oil IPA is lusherooney.

My new favourite pub is The Prince just off Church Street. 5 points pale, Beavertown Neck Oil, Gamma Ray, Bloody 'ell, Four Pure and Kernell all on draught, with three other craft guest beers. The only 'mass produced' beer they have is Guinness. Not sure outside of London but provided you do a bit of research there are plenty of pubs that only serve decent beer. The Cock on Mare Street and Mother Kelly's in Bethnal Green also worth a visit if you're East. All served in pints too
12/13 August iircOut of beer related interest, anybody know when / if the ashbrooke beer fest is on this year?
Tight as a crabs arse.I can do that anywhere and not pay £11 for the entrance.
Yeah I'd rather pay a bit more for quality. Can you recommend any good craft beers that are sold in supermarkets? I don't often get the chance to go to the festivals.Yet always served in small (usually 2/3 pint) volumes...

Depends on the supermarket and, as you'd expect, they tend to have the major American brands that are now verging on not being 'craft' any more through sheer volume.
Waitrose has Sierra Nevada IPA and SN Torpedo IPA, Lagunitas IPA, Brooklyn Lager, a few Brewdog beers, Camden IPA and Camden Hells (I think) and maybe a few others.
Asda has similar and usually has Anchor Steam, as do most Tescos, I think.
I've been to the place it's in and unless there was a decent band or loads of free drink I cannot see why you would pay £11Tight as a crabs arse.
I'm a little sad the mr scruff sundays are not part of it this year. Hes been class last two years closing the weekends.I've been to the place it's in and unless there was a decent band or loads of free drink I cannot see why you would pay £11
