Could Leicester go bust?

Quite remarkable that a club of that size with the squad they have, has managed to mess things up so royally.

As Leonard Coen said, 'you want it darker?' Seems Leicester fans do.

Yep agree, it's insane, I'm not sure I believe the 40 million, it could be true, there is a golf course there and none of its open to the public so it brings no money in.
I’d hate to see how much that family are spending on sports, Leicester are costing millions a month along with the training centre, they have a load of average to good race horses at top trainers an then have a huge interest in polo which doesn’t seem like a cheap sport.

They look in serious bother. They will need to sell the entire squad and the under 21's and bring about 18 free transfers in on the lowest wages possible. Mothball the training ground and lay off hundreds of staff. The total wage bill last season was £154M. Even with £185M income they still made a loss of £70M, they are also nuts deep into that Aussie bank for £100M in loans. King Power are skint now too.

That’s bleak reading for LCFC! They’re going to have a dozen or more ‘Rodwells’, players whose wages are unsustainable for league one and who no one will be willing to match elsewhere so they’ll stay and bleed them dry.
I have honestly never heard of Matt Targett from the mags. Some minging salaries in there, just shows you what a magical season we had last season on a ridiculous budget.

Also just saw they're playing Bromley next season! I don't want to laugh at any club's plight like this as we know how it feels...but that is pretty funny.
