Could Leicester go bust?

They represent a cautionary tale. As we plummeted to League One, I'm sure plenty of us looked on at Leicester with a Premier League title in the bag, Champions League football, seemingly a club that gatecrashed into the big time. They also won the FA Cup on 2021.

Here we are 10 years after their title and they could be heading out of business. The authorities who write the PSR rules will see it as evidence of why they are needed and for the likes of us, we can only be grateful for an ownership seeking to run the club sustainability but also aware that nothing can be taken for granted in football.

Those decrying the PSR rules and how they are “handicapping” the Visitors keep insisting the Saudis would never walk away. They could do so tomorrow in a heartbeat and not give a flying fuck.

Absolutely, if something political happened that they didn't like they'd be gone, sadly I don't see that happening tho.
