Realistically, are there any clubs that can afford to buy these?

No top 10 prem team will buy them as they aren't ready but I can't see bottom 10 having the available money

Palace spent £20mill on Wharton in January. Bournemouth spent £25mill on Alex Scott last summer, so yeah they'll have the money.

I can see someone like West ham or Palace in for them.

Especially if they sell Eze or Olise.

Possibly. Just keep reading clubs like Brentford, West Ham etc and don't think he'll go back down London.
