Nice little bit of gold and XP for your unitsI've always hated Barbs in Civ. But then, I hate building armies and fighting - its all wasted time and effort unless you really commit and go after their cities.
I'd rather defend and grow myself.

And pillage your trade route/coastal district, the ships are annoying, everything else is fineIt is f***ing irritating when they turn up with a battleship or destroyer and your Navy are still using medieval era ships though.
That was my main issue, takes ages to build them, then they get taken out by the barbs. Fuck that! And pillage your trade route/coastal district, the ships are annoying, everything else is fine
The barbs are annoying because they keep spawning into the modern age, if they knocked them off when you enter medieval or summit I wouldn't care but it just never endsI play without the barbarians me.
Probably cheating in a sense like
I play king/emperor level normally
Find them brutal, Proper cba with them ahaaThe barbs are annoying because they keep spawning into the modern age, if they knocked them off when you enter medieval or summit I wouldn't care but it just never ends
Aye, early doors i full understand, something to look out for, means you can't just rush all over the map but medieval onwards they should be gone.Find them brutal, Proper cba with them ahaa
I normally play fairly peaceful if possible.. so just knacks me up big style.
