To be fair. They should never have demolished the Town Hall. Vandalism. Even Civic Centre was of it’s time. Missus liked the offices in civic centre.
However, the new development is looking smart and I reckon that side of town in a decade will be fantastic.

Family member works for council and has to work there regularly. Apparently it’s horrific and not fit for purpose!
No privacy, noisy, teams can’t work together in same spaces amongst some of the complaints.
