Christmas Eve Traditions

We went round some French friends last night for their traditional Christmas Eve festivities.
Absolutely stuffed with the best quality scran I’ve had in a long time. 7 courses I think but each carefully selected and prepared ingredients, quite simple in some ways but totally delicious and some excellent wines throughout.
Spread over about 6-7 hours and we took Christmas crackers as part of our tradition which actually went down a bomb as everyone read out the jokes and bits of trivia etc, wore our crowns and generally discussed the things that make us different whilst embracing the things that we all share in common.

Are you sure your pants were there when you fell asleep though.when I lived at my Mam's I got in at 3am and tried to have a big tv wank. Woke up thankfully at 7am, no trousers on and pants hanging of the side of the TV with some viagra adverts playing on repeat, Went to bed asap and I've never been out again on xmas eve ffs. So pleased I woke up.
