Cheese with fruit in is a sure sign of a wrongun
St.Augur, Cahills plain porter, crackers pickles and a glass of Lesquerde aoc Cotes du Rousillon Villages rouge.
Crumble a little in with a beef stew. Works well.
Or try washing it down with Port.
I’m not too keen on eating big lumps of Stilton, but both of the methods above are very nice.
The look of it scares me as I know that blue is mould, I have tried that and Brie and I wasn't impressed with either tbh .
I know that man, but I don't want it in my cheese .The thing is Stilton is so flavourful that you don't need big lumps. Small slices are great on crackers. Carrs Water Biscuits preferably.

I love fruit and love cheese, but I can't eat them together. I don't eat stuff like lemon chicken either. I have got some Wensleydale though and some bottles of Golden Sheep ale from the Black sheep brewery.
