Chris Rigg

Probably got his chances due to injuries ànd boy has he grabbed it …excellent again today ànd the confidence that should give him is a bonus for the him and the team

Last two games have been coming-of-age performances. We all knew he had the skill and tenacity, but now he’s doing it at the highest level. Chuffed for the lad.

People need perspective when writing him off. He's 18. He's doing amazingly well. For context Orielly was a horror show when he first got into City team, had City pals telling me he's a donkey. He's 21 and just scored a double in a final and is coming of age. We won't see the best Rigg til he hits early 20s. He's bloody brilliant for his age.

Class today, great last week too.

His celebrations at the end were class. Brilliant when he returned to the pitch on his tod to prolong the celebrations. Mint.

a few players who had gone missing the last weeks really put a shift in today

pleased to see they can do it, they just need to right motivation

Rigg was excellent today. Let him play on the right for the rest of the season and see how well he does will consistent games under his belt. Would be lovely if he could make the right wing position his own.
