I’m a sad bastard who for 40 odd years has only ever ordered Chicken Fried Rice and Curry Sauce from a takeaway.
I wouldn’t fancy it on a Pizza though.

Don't put rice in the oven to bake it goes dry and hard as fuck.
Try putting some water in with it.

It’s not reheating it that’s the problem it’s when it’s left out after cooking for long periods in a warm kitchen , if you put it straight in the fridge once cool and reheat til piping hot the risks are negligible.
