Chelsea home 24/05/26 ticket compendium


Complete balls up this. Can't assign tickets to anyone. All tickets assigned to people who are eligible and not already assigned tickets elsewhere.

The quantity of tickets owned by xxx xxx exceeds limitations.
To resolve, click "Assign Owners" and assign some of the tickets to other owners.

Sales to this event are limited to 1 tickets per event per history per client.
Have they bought a ticket last season AND this season? Mine failed as although my boys had been to loads last season, they were all under my account and the club refused to correct the record.
 
Just going by the statement they released, is it a last game regulation?

Ticket information

  • Eligibility: Tickets will only be available to supporters with a valid purchase history, including those who have previously purchased a home match ticket up to and including the Tottenham Hotspur fixture.
  • One ticket per supporter: In line with Premier League regulations, tickets will be sold on a one-per-person basis. Season ticket holders may purchase one additional ticket on behalf of a family member who also meets the eligibility criteria.
  • Digital tickets only: All tickets for this fixture will be issued digitally. Paper tickets will not be available.
  • Online sales only: Tickets must be purchased exclusively via tickets.safc.com. There will be no sales via the Stadium of Light ticket office
  • Official resale platform: The Club’s official resale platform will be available from one week prior to the fixture, ensuring supporters can buy and sell tickets safely through SAFC’s official website. Supporters are advised not to use unofficial or secondary resale sites.
Is that not just the same as normal in that you have to assign them to different people? And the same person cant have more than one assigned?
 
Just bought 2 together but wouldn't let me until 10.45 ish. Just kept saying exceeded number of tickets to 1 but all of a sudden just let me proceed

How on earth did you manage?
At first it times out to a gateway error. I clicked refresh. Map came up. Clicked my section and the seat and it was in the basket. Paid (didn't go through the usual approval stuff) and had an email within seconds. Never been that easy - I appreciate I'm in the tiny minority today but I've had issues with it all season too.

Its almost like it wasn't setup right by the ticket office initially.
