they fucked up originally as could only buy singles for 40minutes
Happened to me when I bought one on resale for the Tottenham game - I could only access my ticket 11pm the night before.

Damn. Ended up buying my three tickets one at a time (that was the only way it'd let me do it) - but that meant we couldn't sit together. Then looks like they fixed the issue a couple of minutes after I did that.
It really shouldn't be this difficult. 
Three times I had 3 tickets in my basket, all properly assigned to my son and sister. The panel that says 'you have ordered too many so assign tickets to resolve' doesn't go off when you assign them and so you can't move forward. We finally got seats, but not together.
That system is so full of bugs. Someone needs a rocket up their arse!

That was horrific. It's not been like that all season, it's pretty smooth,even getting mags tickets and we've only missed 2 games this season.
We eventually got 2 but considering I'm normally in and out in 5 minutes that was a joke, some div hasn't selected the correct criteria in the backend system.

My son tried and it told him that I had too many tickets. Obviously not doing it at the same time.
In the end we were on the phone trying to get tickets individually next to each other, but it won’t let you do that either as it would leave single seats.
Eventually managed to get seats in separate rows but in front/behind each other.
Never been an issue for any other game this season.

Eventually got our two tickets after the frustration of getting kicked out for exceeding our ticket limit ffs. Not in the blocks we wanted though but just relieved we’re sorted now.

Got the confirmation email as well. What an absolute cockup this is the worst ticketing all season and its 19 league matches in
I just got my son one to bring with me. Plenty popping up every minute or so in random blocks.

Got sorted in the end. Bet there are plenty of folk dotted about because you could only buy 1 at a time to start with.

I mean which ******* idiot decided to have no queue system in place for the last home game against Chelsea, when the queue system has prevented the website from crashing all season.
I'm still seething even though i eventually got sorted out.
They won't care because they know at some point all tickets will be sold anyway but at least do the basics.
