Imagine if the shoe was on the other foot. How much sympathy would we get?
IMO we would get more
I'm not saying they shouldn't get stick like, just think they;'ve got a year, humiliating press conferences, what more do people want? Blood?

I completely get where you're coming from, and it's a tricky balance to strike. I've always taken the view that if it's a game for fun, (midweek teams, Sunday friendly) you walk. If it's a competitive game, it's up to the umpires.I know thats a common view, but for me you nick it you walk off. Umpire or no umpire. I look after a couple of junior teams and they are clearly influenced by top level players. Seeing an Under 13 player nick one and not walk breaks my heart, and its all down to them seeing it happen on TV.
England players would get no sympathy off me and the Australian media and public would destroy the player(s). They love rubbing our noses in it
Warner - "mistakes have been made". He's in denial.
Just heard it, no sympathy what so ever. Damn right your parents are ashamed of you.Smith blubbering.....worra whopper![]()
The only mistake he’s concerned about is the 1 where he got caught, not the situation the little arseclownWarner - "mistakes have been made". He's in denial.
JUst watched the presser there.. looked suspiciously like crocodile tears to me them mind...seems light years away from insulting bairstow about his dad... nee sympathy from me
IMO we would get more

It's hard to punch someone you haven't met, mind.I do wish that sometimes people recognise their biases
Some on here are loving it, understandably so, but can’t look at the facts behind other things.
I refer you to one poster who thinks Stokes gets carte blanche even for punching someone because he has met him
Good pointIt's hard to punch someone you haven't met, mind.
James Anderson, the best swing bowler in the world, a magician with the ball, and couldn’t get the ball to reverse swing on a regular basis in the ashes. Australia did, after 25 overs... on a regular basis! Hmmmmm they've been caught and some are giving them sympathy, each to their own I guess
and we're not sure if they're telling the whole truth yet! They planned it, this wasn't a spur of the moment of madness event. Fuck them, Aussie wankers. Cheats!!!
