The length of ban is ridiculous, lets be honest.

Good point on cricinfo pod, for those who know cricket well, you understand its cheating but they've just gone a fair bit too far. However to someone who doesn't full cricket that closely, it seems like a ridiculously bad crime, it was the lead story on the BBC news. Its an easy story to get interested in, it seems unfair that they have cheated and should be punished. Which is why CA have acted so much.
Initially I was delighted they are banned, but I kind of like test cricket with big rivalry, even if I hate the people doing it, it is better to watch.
Reverse and ball tampering is so contradictory in many ways, bit like my opinion on this.
Put it this way if that was Root and Jimmy, I'd be very angry at a year sentence, its who it is that is clouding my judgement.
