Hate watching penalties even when it has nout to do with Sunderland, makes me dead nervous.
Whoever wins here has an instant edge on us should it go to pens in the final too.
Not sure they do - we took penalties at Wembley and lost - experience of the pressure and the determination not to feel that shit feeling again.
