CC : Lancashire v Durham

??? I mean, well done recovering from 175/2 or thereabouts but apart from Parkinson our bowlers got bashed about by the bottom team after putting them in. Lancs will be the happier side tonight.
I thought it was just Durham's day until Mahmood's 50. Given their recent form I think Lancs will be over the moon! But, it's all still in the balance and Durham have the batting weapons to turn the match our way.

Glad to see Potts got the final wicket, fininshing on 3 for the innins. I thought he was a bit unlucky.

*edit, he didn't get a 50

We’re nowhere near as free scoring in Div 1.
Arguable. The batters haven't done bad for a long stretch. IF you're thinking of this game, well, it's one game and the innings is bearly started. Also remember sussex away last year!

Ackerman playing the anchor role again while Beddingham looks to score. If Bedders stays in we could get some entertainment if Stokes bats with him later

I was wondering when Stokes bats and Lyons bowls. Will there be any onupmanship going on? I mean I know both are competitors and botg will want to do well here for their respective teams but - looking forward to the next Ashes series, both will be important figures and both will want to make a point to the other .

Definately.....it wont hurt for Stokies to score some pyschological points over Lyon over the next couple of days
