I make it 5 points needed if we win this as both Leics and Worcs could get to 202. We would be on 198. Difficult to see us going through 2 full games and not getting 5 points.

We play both sides so clearly if we got thumped in both its possible but both would also need to win their other game with max points as well.

Even if we weren't playing both. They won't have picked up maximum points from 2 and 3 games in September.

I wonder how many sides have picked up 24 points aside from us anyway.

This is where cricket can let itself down, if we get these out tonight, they should finish it tonight. There will be no one in the ground to watch us win tomorrow. Not worth the petrol/parking money

I think they should bat on regardless of whether we get them out in the overs.

They've got lights. Sure Sussex would prefer to get it done tonight too.

Just makes more sense. If we had to chase 30 now, if their captain agreed, should just get it done.
