Superb day loved it
Well that was a welcome change. Controlled the game from the first ball and calmly pushed on steadily through the day. Great knock from Lees. Pity Burnham couldn't get to a ton, but his 86 was an excellent contribution. Good decision by Leicestershire opting to field first. They looked shit sick. 5 sessions fielding should devastate them completely.

An excellent days cricket.Who would have thought Durham would have ended the day on 368-5.
A couple more innings like that from Lees, who was magnificent today, and you never know...the England selectors may come a looking!
Have to say Burnham looked a lot happier coming in at 195-3 than at the usual 20-3
and was a pity he missed out on his ton.
With promotion rivals Northants and Gloucs having decent days today we need to repeat this performance and claim the maximum 24pts.

I know it's probably a rhetorical question but being a saddo I checked in the Yearbook, thinking it would be pre 2016, but it was August 2017 when we beat Derbys by 9wkts with Colly getting 177....funnily enough the wicket was pretty central for that match as well.
