I only briefly popped in on Friday and then spent most of my time talking to Ian who runs the Travel Club. From what I could see most lot of the stock appeared to be from the days when it was CC books when they all had the 'price' pencilled in ie £4.50 for a rare book by the old Aussie commentator Alan McGilvrey which I was looking at or £2 for one of Dickie Bird's many autobiographies.
I heard one of the ladies telling someone it was six years since they were last selling the books. How time flies.
To the book shop or the game?Anyone else going today?
