From what I saw this morning, Henry bowled well, Markram's LBW was way too high, some poor batting and we missed Steel. Half-decent resistance from our lower order.

Pitch inspection time?
To be honest I don't think the groundstaff can take any blame when you consider the amount of rain that's fallen over the last month and consequently the lack of time to prepare wickets because of it.
All round the country, scores are low, so it's probably just going to be the case for a little while longer.
Our Saffer could be on for a pair in the same day at this rate
Electronic scoreboard on the blink now!
That's a good effort mind.169 all out
I thought Rushy was bowling short too .... and was he bowling a bit quicker than he normally does? Dunno.Well I lasted till tea and then had enough. There was a bit in the pitch but when is there not for a championship match at the Riverside. Durhams batting very poor the only one who appeared to apply himself and play straight was Rimmington most of the others where either out bowled or LBW as they where trying to play the ball to the leg side.
Rimmingtons opening spell looked pretty ordinary but looks like he bounced back and the back up seamers Potts and Weighell where bowling to short which is criminal on that wicket.
Early signs it could be a long season!
