We’ve had three 50 partnerships but never been able to cash in and go big with any of them - hopefully that’s a sign it’s a difficult pitch, because if it isn’t, we’re in bother.

Interesting, no way it was lbw - he was outside the line. As for caught behind, the ball deviates away from the batsman after going passed the inside edge - which is impossible unless it hit the bat AND the pad.

England are desperate for a number 8 and One who can bowl 80s rather low 80s like Woakes n Overton

A couple 50s before the first test would be Intersting
