CC : Durham v Essex

Be more correctly titled
Spectator misinformation given that they omit to mention that half the ground is inaccessible, yearbooks aren't available

Durham sounds as bad as SAFC. Shocking what north east sports fans are served up given the passion we have for cricket and football.

It really boils my piss tbh. I feel like this sort of shit wouldn’t even be tried in other areas of the country, but it’s like the plebs in the north east can just be taken for granted.

It is an absolute shambles..im thinking if sacking it off today, having already paid for my membership that'll really show them eh?

Have written a complaint to this michael thorpe fella who is the customer service liason or whatever daft title they've gave him. Straight into the shredder no doubt.
I think this will be the plan of action for the Trapdoor Exiles once the sun disappears from the Don Robson at 2.30pm.

Im thinking of just going to whitburn instead where it'll actually be warm

The rest of your post as you say was a shambles no announcement about the stands being closed. Apparently it was due to a couple of the glass panels dropping out during one of the storms and they have not got round to do any repairs yet
If that is the case, and it wouldn't suprise me in the slightest if it is, then that is a disgrace and simply illustrates the club's contempt towards its red ball cricket supporters.

I just want my seat back

"Sorry, health and safety issue, hope to have the upper tier open for future games, hope it's rectified as soon as possible"

A lot of hope, they've only had the entire off season. Each year we lose one more stand, we'll have to bring our own chairs within a few years at this rate.
