Aren't the ECB putting money into live stream across all counties? That might only be for the technical stuff though, camera angles, replays, etc.Seemingly the club have gone their own way and are employing their own crew for the livestream.
Sad not to have Marty on there, would he very interested to hear (unlikely I ever will) just how it is financed.
i'd imagine someone like Marty would know, dont have the comms on to hear if he has mentioned it though5th consecutive score of 50+ for Robinson, wonder what the Durham record is for that
Got nothing against the young lads who are on the stream comms, they are doing a decent job. I would prefer if they spoke more about the game rather than conduct continuous interviews with the various guests.i'd imagine someone like Marty would know, dont have the comms on to hear if he has mentioned it though
I'm running it off the BBC sport app; it's about 10 seconds ahead of the Youtube, so I've had to fiddle a bit to align it. Isn't a proper cricket season without Marty.can you get the BBC feed through an alexa or just from a web browser
What did they sayInteresting listening to their plan for Coggers this year
About managing him, 2 games on then 1 week off essentially. Appreciating how talented he is so being careful but wanting him to play a lot, picking him over Siddle as well. What did they say
seems so odd to have marty and the Essex comms there from the BBC and us have 2 extra lads doing itAckermann doing exactly the job we need of him around all the mayhem of the rest of the middle order

I fear in the end the BBC beancounters will notice this...seems so odd to have marty and the Essex comms there from the BBC and us have 2 extra lads doing it
