Poor bloke. Shocking illness. Over 35 trillion dollars on health care for the disease but practically bugger all on prevention and particularly research.

I suspect Pancreatic Cancer UK would respectfully disagree with that, but they may argue more could be done.
Sadly, prevention isn't always possible. Cancer doesn't discriminate, it can develop in anyone.
From memory, pancreatic is also one of the hardest to treat.

Very sad news. I hope he was comfortable and not in pain. Poor bloke.
