Aye Szechenyi is the bigger one where they have big pool parties and stuff, Gellert is the more traditional spa/baths type thing

Spend the time wandering and getting pissed
we go regular with the fil living half hour away but July/aug it's seriously mental and tend to do the hu/sk thermal baths instead

Had a boozy weekend there with a few mates about 10 years ago when it was cheap. Took in a Honved game and in innocently got involved with the local ultras. They heard our accents then came over to say how much they hated blacks etc and getting quite irate. I soon eased the tension by saying ‘Marton Fulop’ and sticking my thumbs up

Same as everywhere - I was there between Xmas and New year and it's cheaper now than it has been for a while cos the huf I'd on its arse
