Brydon Carse

They are all injured mind. (even though Carse in India)

Stokes was supposed to be involved but that cheek injury he sustained while with Durham in winter nets has ruled him out

He’s been in the nets this morning and Ryan Campbell said in interview he’s been an absolute animal with his bowling firness - so I must admit, I’m struggling to understand why he isn’t fit to play…

I admit to not being a medical expert like.

Assuming it's more to do with fielding and batting than it is bowling.

If he took a stray one in the field/got one in grill may cause worse damage.

Based off what Campbell said sounds like he was very lucky he didn't end up a bit like Kieswetter when he had to retire off his eye injury.

I bow to their expertise, just wondered whether it was a swelling thing or an eye damage sort of thing that needed more time.

Didn't Campbell he had pins to mend the breaking his cheekbone?

I haven’t heard him say that like, but I did notice today that there’s still quite visible swelling under his eye. When I saw it I understood why they’re taking their time with it in fairness.
