I feel like they've gambled some serious money and been lucky enough to catch the PL in an 'off' season though. Could eventually end in disaster.

Generally speaking yes but every now and again you could pray for a forest or a villa/leicester scenario

Maybe but they are light years ahead of us financially. It’s not about match day revenue, and to be fair we’re cheap in terms of prices and poor on corporate so probably aren’t ahead of their smaller grounds in any case, it’s about commercials. We just aren’t very good at selling the club sadly.

They have indeed for a club like ourselves, but we'll find it tough to attract the players the London clubs can get. Forest spent big after promotion and managed to stay up, but it's the appointment of Nuno that's transformed them and got them playing to the max.
