He’s a cheat. The contact was a shoulder then the arm came up. The reaction was there then unfortunately the arm came up that made it look like the arm. Romero and Porro are vile little cheats. If them 2 are your leaders then your fucked.

My view was that the player put his body in the way and stopped and Brobbey pit his hands out so he didn’t run into him. As if he even contemplated banging their heads together in that spilt second chasing the ball. Spurs fans are arseholes. I hope they drop now.
