Cos their midfield isnt good enough for prem. The creative players then get blamed for not doing enough when its all to do with their lack of graft in midfield.

Our issue is exactly the opposite and i could see him having a big impact in our team

I think he's certainly an upgrade but not sure if he solves the creativity issue we've got, he'd be more likely a winger getting on the end of things like he did for Forest/Spurs at the back post.
